- Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange only if:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
You have an unboxing video showing the issue clearly.
- Conditions for Exchange
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
Exchange request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Color differences due to lighting or display screens
Custom-stitched blouses
Sarees with fall & pico service
Clearance sale items
Customer preference change (“I didn’t like it”)
- Exchange Process
Send unboxing video + photos to our support team.
Once approved, we arrange a pickup or ask you to send the product back.
A replacement will be shipped after quality inspection.
